Social Responsibility
Crowe Erfolg Ukraine actively supports social initiatives and charitable projects aimed at fostering the development of local communities and providing assistance to vulnerable population groups. Below are some of our initiatives:
- Annual collaboration with the International Rehabilitation Center “Ya Ye” and the “Kyian” Charitable Foundation:
New Year greetings and gifts for 120 children. - Support for large families affected by military actions:
Provision of computers, tablets, clothing, cinema and theater tickets, and more. - Support for the military:
Assistance to military personnel among our employees, fundraising for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, cooperation with partner charitable foundations, and aid to both civilians and servicemen affected by the war.
- Cooperation with the “Healthy Future” Charitable Foundation:
Collection of essential items and supplies for orphanages. - Financial assistance:
Allocation of funds for the rehabilitation of children with serious health conditions. - Support for animal shelters:
Assistance and donations to local shelters caring for stray and abandoned animals. - Charity webinars:
- Organization of free charity webinars and many other meaningful initiatives.
Joining the United Nations Global Compact
In 2023, Crowe Erfolg Ukraine joined the United Nations Global Compact.

Crowe Erfolg Ukraine actively implements the principles of sustainable development and social responsibility as part of its ESG strategy, which includes membership in the United Nations Global Compact and a firm commitment to its principles.

Women represent 59% of the company’s workforce — significantly above the global industry average of 22%.
Women in Leadership:
Two-thirds of the company’s senior leadership team (partners and executives) are women.

The company facilitates workplace adaptation for parents following the birth of a child by offering flexible work schedules tailored to individual needs.Post-Maternity and Paternity Adaptation:
In 2022–2023, nine employees became parents. All of them continue to work under conditions that suit their personal circumstances.

Crowe Erfolg Ukraine believes that collective efforts can drive meaningful change. That is why we actively engage in social projects and partnerships that promote peace and justice.

Free advisory project:
In partnership with the Ukrainian Agrarian Council (UAC), we launched a project offering free online consultations to agricultural producers affected by the war.

Partnerships for the Goals
In 2023, we were named finalists of the “Partnership for Sustainable Development – 2023” campaign.
This year, we participated in a competition among 160 case studies submitted by companies from 12 countries. Our initiative was recognized among the 84 finalists and winners.
Pioneering support initiative during wartime
On March 21, 2022 — shortly after the start of the full-scale war — the Director of CROWE ERFOLG UKRAINE, Olga Bohdanova, in partnership with the Ukrainian Agrarian Council (UAC), launched a project offering free online consultations.
On March 21, 2022, Olga Bohdanova, CEO of CROWE ERFOLG UKRAINE, in partnership with the All-Ukrainian Agrarian Council (UAC), was among the first to launch a project offering free online consultations for business representatives across various industries and scales.
Each session attracted between 200 and over 1,400 participants, covering a wide range of sectors, including agriculture, IT, manufacturing, logistics, and trade.
The results of this expert initiative served as the foundation for individual legislative proposals and numerous official clarifications issued by the State Tax Service of Ukraine (STSU). The project’s impact extended to nearly all taxpayers across the country.
